Overview
The mission of the Accounting Department is to facilitate town operations through comprehensive record keeping, perceptive financial oversight, and insightful financial reporting. The department is responsible for the accounts payable function of the town and strives to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The department also protects the town’s financial interests by identifying and eliminating potential fraud or misuse of town resources.
