Overview
Our general purpose is to maintain and protect this property’s open space, agriculture, and recreation to be enjoyed by as many people as possible.
Programming
The first week in April there is a plan to begin a walking group to be held on each Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8 AM. The Library has a Story Walk each year June – September. Groups are welcome to meet at the Plymouth St. parking area.
Responsibilities
Maintain 22 acres for community use, 40-plus gardens, picnic area, walking trails.
Maintain equipment for grounds-keeping. We work directly with the Town Manager and the Board of Selectmen.

Goals:
Open an existing artesian well for irrigation use only. To be used by other town departments in the future.
Provide parking for users of the Hanover Rail Trail and all other activities on the property.
Provide additional areas for multi- faceted recreational purposes

Meetings
Meetings are regularly on the 2nd Monday of each month, at 5:30 PM in the Meier Room at Town Hall.
How to Get Involved
Volunteers are always welcome! They may participate physically to help maintain the beauty of the property. Appointments are made by the Board of Selectmen as vacancies occur.
