Open Space Committee
Overview
The mission of our committee is to ensure that the town's open spaces, recreation areas, & conservation land can provide sustainable places for our residents to enjoy for now into the future. We do this through working with the Conservation Commission, the Department of Parks & Recreation, as well as with the Selectmen to provide the protection of existing resources and the acquisition of new properties & spaces.
Get Involved
The Committee is all volunteers and we are looking for some more help! It is pretty simple and we are just a group of residents who want to help keep Abington a beautiful place to live with outdoor spaces for everyone to use now and in the future.
