For 6-8 weeks, starting May 7th, parts of Route 139 will have major road work between the hours of 8PM to 5AM.

Route 139 from the Holbrook Town Line up until Route 18 intersection will be milled and paved, and other repairs and adjustments will be made. New pedestrian curb ramps will be installed at the existing crosswalks at Hancock St., Chestnut St., Blanchard Terrace, Murphy St., Wyman Rd., and Lincoln St.                                      

A road closure and detours will be necessary. The detour will re-route vehicles onto Lincoln Street and Hancock Street.
