Department: Strawberry Valley Golf Course
Overview: Strawberry Valley Golf Course is the town-owned municipal nine-hole golf course located at 164 Washington Street in Abington. It is a self-sufficient department within the Town. Strawberry Valley is a user-friendly course for both experienced and new golfers. The course offers golfers the option of playing either 9 or 18 holes at great rates! It is also the home to Abington High School’s girls’ and boys’ golf team!

1. Do you need a Tee Time or can I just walk-on?
We do encourage our patrons to make tee times through the Pro-Shop at 781-347-4877. If we do have someone that “walks-on” we try our best to accommodate them. Depending on the day and time, there may be a wait, but we can give a good estimate as to how long.
2. Do you offer memberships?
Yes, we do offer several different memberships which include Individuals, Family, Juniors, Seniors all of which can be purchased with just the greens fees or with a Cart Package.
3. Do you offer Veterans, Junior, Senior or Resident Rates?
Yes, we do. Tuesdays is Veterans Day here at Strawberry Valley and we offer a discount for all our past and present military. Residents and Juniors (17 and under) receive a discounted rate daily. All Seniors will also receive a discount on weekdays.
4. How do I make a Tee Time?
We ask that you call the Pro-Shop at 781-347-4877 to make your Tee Time(s). We are working on a new online link so patrons can set up Tee Times Online. However, until then, we ask that you call the Pro-Shop at 781-347-4877.
Major projects or goals in 2024
The course is reconfiguring the bunkers on the 4th and 7th holes. The Barn has been slightly enlarged to accommodate the equipment properly.
New golf carts were purchased for the start of the 2024 season.
