2024 Presidential Electoin Vote by mail update

It is officially election season!

As of October 11, 2,865 ballots were sent to Abington voters who requested their ballots by mail.

How to return your ballot:

All ballots must be SIGNED! Your ballot must reach your local election office or drop box by close of polls on Election Day (November 5, 2024 at 8PM) in order to be counted. If they are being returned by mail they must be posted marked by November 5, 2024 at 5PM and received by November 8, 2024. The U.S. Postal Service recommends mailing your ballot at least one week BEFORE election day.

  1. By Mail - Return the ballot using the envelope provided

  2. Hand deliver to the Town Clerk Office

  3. Use the ballot drop box located outside of Town Hall. The drop box is open 24/7 and is checked several times throughout the day

  4. Drop your ballot off during Early Voting hours (see times below)

Ballots cannot be dropped off at a polling place on Election Day.

Abington Town Hall: October 19th to November 1st

Monday through Thursday 8:30AM to 4:30PM

Friday: 8:30AM-12:30PM

Saturday, October 19th from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturday, October 26th  from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Election Day

Vote at Beaver Brook Elementary School located at 1 Ralph G. Hamlin Lane on November 5, 2024 from 7AM - 8PM.
